Debra Knoepker - Executive Director
Debra Knoepker is a seasoned worship leader with strong discernment and prophetic insight.  Debra
opened the Rooster Cafe and Coffee House in 2004 as a result of being called to worship, prayer and intercession by the Lord.

It was her desire to bring together people who are thirsty to connect with the Spirit of God, bringing
Him praise and adoration, while also taking the time to listen to the desires of His heart and offering
the insense of prayer before the Throne as He directs.  During these sessions of worship, the Lord
has often called the group to pray for the nations, specific age groups, the Body of Christ, and for Businesses who are called to Marketplace Ministry.

It is Debra's desire to continue this harp and bowl ministry worship before the Lord as long as He
encourages her to do so.
Worship at the Cafe
Questions & Answers
about Rooster Cafe
We at the Café are here for the purpose of worshipping and ministering to the heart of God in praise and worship around His throne, and to sing under the direct utterance of the Holy Spirit.

During praise and worship we encourage you to join in and sing. We would love to hear what the Lord is speaking to you. We do request, however, that if you are new to the Café, that you speak privately to one of our Gatekeepers before bringing the word. Once you have become familiar with the way we worship at the Café, and we are familiar with how God speaks through you, we can release you to minister to the group.

Enjoy the Presence of the Lord!  We love to minister to Him while He surrounds us in His love!
Q:  Do I need to register in advance to coming to Cafe?

A:  No.  However, please feel free to email us ahead of
time, especially if you are bringing a large group or if you
have specific ministry needs.

Q:  Is there a charge to get in?

A:  No.  Coffee, Ministry and Conversation are free of charge!

Q:  What is the worship style at the Cafe?

A:  The person who leads worship for the day (usually it will be Debra) will be the person responsible for the tone and the tempo of worship. If the Lord gives you a scripture or a song, please wait to bring the word until there is a break in singing. Debra or the song leader will nod when she is ready for you to proceed.

Q:  I am a pastor / minister.  Can I feel free to minister to people while at the Cafe?

A:  When the group is engaged in worship, you are encouraged to dance, draw, bring a scripture or a song, or whatever God directs you to do. However, we must ask that you refrain from ministering to anyone without the consent of the worship leader / and or / gatekeeper.  Once you receive clearance to minister to someone, please be sure to bring at least one additional person with you. This person will be responsible for holding the tape recorder, and to lend additional prayer support. Ministry opportunities may also require a “catcher”, someone to stand behind the person being prayed for, should the Holy Spirit wish to lay them down for awhile.

Q:  I am looking to make connections with fellow Christians who share my vision.  Are there networking opportunities?

A:  The Rooster Café believes that every person should belong to a spiritually-sound church where they can grow in the Lord. It is not the intention of the Rooster Café to replace a house of worship, and also appreciates your cooperation in refraining from inviting anyone to your home church, unless they are actively researching churches. Likewise, we require that anyone coming into the Rooster Café refrain from soliciting members of the Café for your own church or personal ministy events.

The Rooster Cafe and Coffee House is a Fragrance-Free Environment.

Out of respect for our
patrons, PLEASE REFRAIN
from wearing fragrance,
including fragranced
hand or body lotions to
protect those participants
who suffer with allergies.
Thanks very much.
